Hey I need to loose 15 pounds whats the best way i could do that any ideas?

Well, you need to increase your cardio, go jogging, cycling, swimming or even walking! Cut out junk food - fast food, sweets, sodas etc. Definitely eat breakfest, oatmeal for example is good. Try to eat a light dinner, yoghurt or vegetables or smt. And keep your calorie intake under 1500, also, drink about 2l of water everyday! :)
